Lead Architect for UAE VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India. VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Lead Architect for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Qualifications and Required Skills: • IT/Computer Science graduate (BS, BCS etc) or higher. • 6+ years of solution design & architecture and systems integration experience • Former experience as a developer is a plus; does not have to be recent but must be able to read/communicate code/development issues, i.e. "talk shop" with internal and external technical resources and decision makers • 3 years technical specification development experience, working directly with developers. • Offshore/Onsite team management experience • Strong understanding of various SDLC Methodologies. • Highly competent with MS Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel etc. • MOSS 2007/2010, WSS 3, SharePoint Designer, • Experience with well known database like SQL 2005/2008, Oracle, Access etc. • Extensive development experience on MS .Net Technologies • Excellent command on SharePoint Architecture, Web Development ASP.NET, HTML, Web-Parts, SharePoint Lists • Experience of MS SSRS • Experience of SOA web-service (WSDL) • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead assignments/teams and mentor others • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Effective listening and problem solving skills • Ability to respond strongly and positively to challenging work and deadlines • Work as an integral part of a talented team in a fast-paced, proactive environment. • Record software architecture in a software architecture document using use cases and the Unified Modeling Language (UML). • Responsible for dictating design choices to software developers, including but not limited to platforms, coding, and technical levels. • MCSD or relevant certification preferred Terms and conditions: Joining time frame: maximum 4 weeks The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading organization in UAE.
