Guest Service Representative (Guest Services/Front Desk) - Full-Time
JOB ID NO. 519760: 1 FT, rotating AM/PM
Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel. Posts charges to guestrooms, verifies credit cards, balances bank at the end of the shift. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Assists in rectifying guests questions and concerns. Hospitality experience and/or education are desired, but not required. Training will be provided. Position requires great hospitality and interpersonal skills with an out-going and friendly demeanor with a willingness to provide excellent guest experiences. PC skills and cash handling experience are must haves. Great entry-level position for a recent graduate of a hospitality program or for anyone seeking a career in the hospitality field. Willingness and ability to work a flexible rotating AM/PM schedule required, including 1-2 overnight shifts per week, rotating days and shifts. $9.50 per hour + full benefits package (medical, dental, retirement, vision, room and food discounts, advancement opportunities, etc.)

LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER-PM (OVERNIGHTS)
JOB ID. NO. 510660: 1 FT, Overnight shift
Working to provide a safe and secure environment for guests, associates and property. Patrols the entire property, responds to emergency situations, and assists guests and associates when requested. Assists with any Engineering or maintenance related calls. Performs related duties as needed throughout shift: setting up rooms, answering guest requests, providing room service (deliveries and pick ups), gathering trash and carts, etc. to keep hallways clear, light snow removal, and any other tasks necessary to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for the guests. Must maintain all records according to State and Federal regulations. Responsible for enforcing policies and procedures to safeguard lives and property. Previous Loss Prevention/Security experience preferred, but experience making decisions and working independently in a customer service role is essential. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Knowledge of use of AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) is a plus. Position requires excellent guest service/hospitality skills and the abilities to adapt and make decisions. Must be available to work a flexible full time schedule, overnight shifts (11:00 pm – 7:00 am) and rotating days including weekends and holidays.
