Night Auditor (Finance and Accounting) - Part-Time
JOB ID NO. 517975: 1 PT, Friday/Saturday nights
Responsible for following the daily audit checklist and for reviewing the daily work submitted from the departments and investigating any variances. Checking guests in/out of hotel and accurately completing transactions. Will also provide guest services and fulfill guest requests as needed. Must have basic PC, cashiering, and excellent guest service and hospitality skills as well as the ability to work independently. Previous customer service experience required; hotel experience a plus. Training will be provided. HS/GED required. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work a flexible part-time schedule, 11pm-7:30am shifts, Friday and Saturday nights. $10.00 per hour.


Guest Service Representative (Guest Services/Front Desk) - Part-Time
JOB ID. NO. 517977: 1 PT, AM/PM
Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel. Posts charges to guestrooms, verifies credit cards, balances bank at the end of the shift. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Ensures all cash handling procedures are followed. Responsible for maintaining guest privacy and ensuring guest security with respect to credit card and guest room number privacy. Answers front desk telephone, directing calls as needed. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Works to quickly resolve guest issues, questions, or concerns, escalating as appropriate. Must posses ability to communicate clearly with guests, present a professional and hospitable image following the Company standards, and provide excellent guest service. Will also be responsible as scheduled to set up, maintain, and tear down buffet station for daily Social Hour. Will also provide hospitality services to guests for the Social Hour. HS/GED required. Must have great hospitality and guest service skills as well as the ability to multi-task and use a computer and accurately conduct transactions. Entry-level, previous customer service and/or Hotel experience preferred. Training provided. Must be available to work a flexible PART TIME AM/PM schedule rotating days and shifts (1st. /2nd.) including weekends and holidays. 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm or 5pm-9:30pm for Social Hour (16-40 hours/week per business needs). $10.00 per hour.
