Kitchen Supervisor – Full Time JOB ID NO. 496890: FT, AM/PM Assist food production management staff in assigning, coordinating and supervising all phases of food production. Produces high quality, consistent items while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Position requires excellent guest service skills and availability to work a flexible AM/PM schedule (40-50 hours per week), rotating days and shifts. Requires 2-3+ years culinary experience in an a la carte restaurant setting with good interpersonal skills to mentor and lead the kitchen staff. Candidates must demonstrate solid culinary knowledge/skills and leadership skills. Culinary school and lead/supervisory experience preferred. $16.75 per hour + a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, room and food discounts, tuition, and more.) Cook I (Line Cook) – Full Time JOB ID NO. 514748: FT, AM/PM Produces all hot and cold food items for use in the restaurant, ensuring that all are prepared according to the Company's standards and specifications. Maintains a high level of sanitation and safety throughout the cooking area. Must be able to follow recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations to determine quantities needed. 2-3 years+ line cook experience required in an a la carte restaurant setting with the flexibility to work the different stations. Culinary school preferred. Must be available to work a flexible FULL-TIME AM/PM schedule, rotating days and shifts according to business needs. $15.75 per hour + benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, room and food discounts, tuition, and more.) Banquet Cooks - Full-Time Job ID.
