Required Skills We are seeking a Lead Web Developer/Architect to lead a small development team on new projects. The right candidate will be able to drive projects through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. Tasks range from collaborating on system architecture design to writing code to managing projects and people. Successful candidates will have solid experience in SDLC and command of the .NET framework. This is a great opportunity to lead a small team in the development of applications that utilize cutting edge technologies. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as Team Lead for a web team consisting of 3-5 developers Manage projects through all phases of SDLC Mentor other developers in software development best practices Conduct code reviews Required Experience Technical Requirements: Expert in C# and ASP.NET Full life cycle development experience Self-directed and self-managing, good communication and organizational skills Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, dynamic environment Ability to multi-task Experience implementing best practices in software development Ability to give estimates and work within deadlines Job Location Needham, MA, US.
