Our client is a leading provider of on-demand automated voice messaging solutions. Organizations rely on our client to initiate and manage customer contact campaigns across a variety of collections, customer care, and marketing processes.

Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter who will manage all aspects of our client’s employee recruitment program. The successful candidate will use best practice, creative sourcing strategies to attract and hire the best talent.

Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle recruitment activities including determining recruitment strategies, creating effective sourcing to attract and retain top talent, screening resumes and candidates, coordinating interview processes, conducting reference and background checks and recommending offers
Partner with and build positive relationships with hiring managers in a technical company across all functions (sales to engineering) providing them with support, advice, guidance, to enable them to make effective decisions
Support success of new hires by running an effective new-hire orientation process and help to continually improve our client’s orientation program
Manage relationships with outside vendors such as staffing firms, job board sales representatives and professional agencies, tracking use of postings, ensuring enough postings, etc. At the same time, monitor use of agencies and associated costs
Manage our client’s employee referral and internal job application program
Participates in resources to track changing employment marketplace, identifying trends to take necessary action to ensure accomplishment of hiring requirements
Hire non regular employees (temporaries/consultants) ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policy
Participate in related HR department projects as required
Participate in development, implementation and compliance with HR/Staffing policies and procedures
Organizes work independently, pays great attention to detail.


Requirements

Bachelors Degree. 7+ years of experience in recruiting and human resources with at least 5 years recruitment experience at all levels in technical organizations
Experience with and knowledge of immigration laws and visa categories
Demonstrated success in identifying and attracting top talent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop and build relationships internally and externally
Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with applicant tracking
Experience or familiarity with international hiring practices desired
