Keeping their customers involved in the development process during conception, production and implementation, empowers the client to direct the project to meet their targeted goals. The successful candidate will; Meet with business customers, gather business requirements, develop business documentation, system test and assist in implementation of business/technical solutions through application of the appropriate software development. Interact with business representatives to gain an understanding of the business environment and gather requirements, act as a liaison between customer and technical solutions/support groups to identify business process and product requirements, research, identify, and design solutions to business problems. Analyze business and user needs, and document specifications to meet those needs, conduct user testing to ensure proper functionality prior to implementation, as well as consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Major Functions/Skills: Liaise with clients to determine their requirements Coding experience of 1 year with SQL Server and .NET Projects Work closely with our development team to design the best solution Gather customer feedback and ensure smooth and successful launches Establish short and long term goals and strategies Set and manage expectations Elevate and communicate to all levels of the organization Monitor and follow up on action plans Motivate team Solve problems by including right skill set and offering improvements Coordinate implementation and post-production of technical project Analyzes business processes/functions Gathers detailed business requirements Accurately documents business requirements/functions Demonstrates very strong communication skills (written and verbal) Demonstrates strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Interacts well with business users/technical team/project managers/senior management/vendors Acts as a liaison between developer and business user Demonstrates ability to resolve problems Is very detail oriented Has experience with Use Case design/analysis/specifications Demonstrates the ability to effectively multitask Has a history of successful customer relationship and satisfaction experience Is client-focused Computer Science Degree or equivalent Interested and qualified candidates should submit resumes to Mike Astringer by e-mail
