Posts charges to guestrooms, verifies credit cards, balances bank at the end of the shift. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Assists in rectifying guests’ questions and concerns. HS/GED required, some college preferred. Position requires great hospitality and interpersonal skills and the abilities to multi-task and problem-solve. Basic knowledge of cash handling and computer applications and customer service experience preferred. Must have the ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, rotating days and shifts (7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm) including weekends and holidays. $9.50 per hour.
