Search zip code: 02210) GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Front Desk Clerk) JOB ID NO. 512254: 1 FT, rotating AM/PM shifts and days. Responsible for check in and check out services to hotel guests. Ensures that charges are accurately posted to guest rooms, credit cards are verified and assigned bank (cash drawer) balances at the end of the shift. Ensures all cash handling procedures are followed. Responsible for maintaining guest privacy and ensuring guest security with respect to credit card and guest room number privacy. Answers front desk telephone, directing calls as needed. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Works to quickly resolve guest issues, questions, or concerns, escalating as appropriate. When scheduled to work in Delighted to Serve, is responsible for serving as the main point of contact for all guests' requests and questions received by phone. Documents all requests, dispatches information to the appropriate department and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction. Must possess ability to communicate clearly with guests, present a professional and hospitable image following the Company standards, and provide excellent guest service. PC and multi-tasking skills required. Customer service and/or hotel guest relations experience a must. Requires the ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, rotating AM/PM shifts and days INCLUDING weekends and holidays. $14.75 per hour + benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, tuition, room discounts, and more!).
