Job Description:

We are seeking an Online Marketing Assistant/ Coordinator to work with our growing Marketing Team on our online advertising, search programs, SEO efforts, affiliate program management, corporate website, research and creative development.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of online marketing experience, the ability to work independently as well as with others, and must thrive in a fast paced, high tech, entrepreneurial environment.

The Marketing Coordinator should be familiar with online/Internet marketing, well organized, proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, and have the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Responsibilities Include:

Identify and act on new opportunities for online marketing efforts to increase site traffic, site conversion and maximize leads.
Work on a variety of online marketing programs including search engine optimization efforts, researching keywords, managing sponsored campaigns, tracking and reporting results.
Research and study data from analytics tool to make suggestions for increasing site conversion, site traffic, revenue per visitor and other metrics.
Managing and working with affiliate program to resolve any issues and maximize return.
Stay abreast of current events and trends in the online industry and make recommendations for adoption.


Qualified Candidates should have experience with:

· Bachelor's degree BA/BS in Marketing or related studies, preferred with 1-2 years experience in an online/internet marketing role.

· Demonstrated strong writing, presentation and analytical skills.

· Strong organization, critical thinking, & independent learning abilities.

· Some experience with HTML, CSS editing and publishing.

· Knowledge of graphics editing (i.e. Photoshop).

· Experience with web analytics and tracking tools.

· Understanding of search engine optimization.

· Extremely organized and detailed oriented; attention to deadlines and project timeframes.

· Experience with entire Abode Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.) is a plus.

Experience working in an entrepreneurial/ startup environment a plus.
