GotVMail Communications in Needham is holding an Open House for Customer Service positions on Wednesday November 7, 2007 Sessions will begin at 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30 PM. We will make a short presentation on GotVMail, our technology, and employment opportunities then give you the opportunity to meet members of our Customer Service and Management teams. Refreshments will be served. This is a great opportunity to learn more about GotVMail, our virtual phone system, and meet members of our Customer Service and Management teams in a casual non-interview environment. Customer Service Representative Required Skills We are looking for an energetic, highly capable, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to join our growing team. Primary Responsibilities: • Considers needs of customers served through self-service online channels and suggests initiatives to meet their needs. • Handles escalated customer issues • Takes responsibility to become fully trained on the application modules. • Assist existing clients with account setup and support by primarily communicating through email. • Answer questions from prospective clients and leads about the various features and benefits of our communications plans. • Uploading of voice and data scripts Required Experience • Ability to solve complex issues. • Must be a self-starter, possess strong analytical skills, and be very detail oriented. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. | |
